Questions
What happens to the free converter?
Nothing gets worse. Every feature that is free today stays free forever - same editor, same PDF quality, no new watermarks. Pro only adds extras on top; it never removes anything you already use.
Do I need an account for Pro?
No. Your purchase is tied to the email you pay with — type that email once on any browser to activate Pro there, and remove it any time. Accounts (optional, for cloud sync) are separate and not required.
How are payments and refunds handled?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. If you need a refund, it is handled through Paddle or by contacting us - and your Pro license deactivates automatically once the refund is issued.
Is my markdown uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion stays 100% in your browser - your documents never leave your device. The only server contact Pro ever makes is a license check that sends your email and nothing else.
